A Day in the Big Apple - Part 1

Saturday, February 15, 2014

This week, I paid a quick visit to NYC to get things done for something exciting coming in the summer.  I was only there for a day but nonetheless I had a great time.  I did not pack anything for this trip since I was there for just a day.  So, I had to make sure that I was dressed comfortable for the flight and walking around in the city.
The outfit I chose was built around a yellow oversized sweater from H&M.   I paired this gorgeous sweater with an infinity scarf and a cute blue hat to keep me warm.  What I love about this outfit is the color combination: it’s fun and is a great transition from winter to spring hues.  My purse is also from H&M; I love this purse because it is the perfect size for traveling, not too small, not too big.  Towards the afternoon, the weather got kind of warm and I was able to take off my coat to take pictures, so no I did not walk around with no coat on J If you would like to see how the outfit looked with a coat on, be on the lookout for Part 2 of NYC later this week.  For now, enjoy Part 1!

With love,

What I’m wearing:
